  • Prices are based on the type of notarial service needed. All rates are fair rates and based on this area in Texas. The bottom line is you need someone reliable, available, and maybe bilingual, plus quality bilingual notarial work may be worth the price.

    After making an appointment, you will receive a detailed invoice with a link for payment. The appointment will be confirmed once the payment has been received.

  • First things first,

    • A valid identification is required: a current, government-issued photo ID like a driver's license, state ID card, or passport is essential for the notary to verify the signer's identity.

    • If online, a computer or device with a webcam, microphone, and a strong internet connection is necessary for the online notarization session

    • If the signer is unknown to the notary, they may need to present a credible witness with a valid ID.

    • Appointments are not confirmed until a payment is received.

    • Please know that all sales are final.

  • Timelines depend on the type of Notarial/Non-Notarial service, but an appointment could take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour, again, depending on the complexity of the service requested.
